    Hello Adrienne, Thankfully, I want to share with you that my daughter (22years old ) and I (58 years old) have been doing Yoga with you, since pandemia started in Mexico by the middle of March 2020.     This year, I haven’t been doing as much yoga as last year. I used to always hit the hour mark everyday. Now I only do the daily video on your calendar. However, I find myself more able to focus and be present once I removed that stress of doing yoga for a certain amount of time. I finally understood that yoga is supposed to help me recenter and circle back to the present. Thank you for accompanying me on my self-discovery journey. Much love x

    After this practice I've been saying "wow!" all day. I have been dealing with chronic back pain (typically behind one of my shoulderblades) for more than 2.5 years now, and I've done loads of physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, (You name it I've probably tried it) to deal with this pain. At this point in my life it is usually barely noticeable, but I still have my good days and bad days.

    Love this one! I wish I could post a picture! My cat loves it when I turn on Adriene! As soon as she hears the beginning she runs into the living room and watches the video the whole time! She loves benji when he moves from one end of the TV to the other she follows him haha love this! Thank you Adrienne for doing what you do!!

    It has been a traditional Newfoundland Canadian winter...meaning lots of snow and blowing drifts! We mixed that in with some freezing rain and my 22000 square foot driveway was completely socked in, and with the ice, the snow blower couldn't touch it...so, metal spade and long hours of elbow grease later, we are open again. You have no idea how much of a blessing this practice was for this exhausted, sore, aching old body! Pure bliss! I really wish I was a snowbird! Namaste Adriene!
